What types of odours do you remove?

Do you mask smells or remove them?
We neutralise odours at the source — we do not mask smells with heavy fragrances. Our goal is a clean, neutral finish.
Is your service safe?
Yes. All treatments are carried out safely and professionally. If ozone treatment is required, it is used only in unoccupied spaces and ventilated before re-entry. Clear safety instructions are always provided.
How long does a service take?
Most services take between 45 and 120 minutes, depending on the size of the space and level of treatment required.
Do I need to leave during the service?
For most services, you do not need to leave. If ozone treatment is required, the space must be unoccupied for the duration of the treatment. We will advise you beforehand.
Is this service inspection-safe?
Yes. Our odour neutralisation and cleaning services are designed to be inspection-safe and suitable for rentals, end-of-lease, and property handovers.
Do you offer end-of-lease and builder cleans?
Yes. We provide end-of-lease, builder cleans, Airbnb turnovers, and general cleaning services, with optional odour neutralisation.

Yes. We offer NDIS-friendly cleaning services and work respectfully within supported environments.

Payment is due upon completion and can be made via cash or bank transfer.
What should I do before my appointment?
We recommend removing clutter and personal items where possible. We’ll let you know if any additional preparation is required.
